  • Sound Transit

Sound Transit’s existing alternatives for the CID expansion — and the massive amount of displacement, gentrification, environmental hazards, and other disruptions to the CID community — are unacceptable. We need a deeper analysis of this project’s impact on the people who make up the CID, exploration of less harmful options and alternative station locations, and meaningful community engagement.

  • Protect Our Pitch 206

FIFA World Cup is coming to Seattle in the summer of 2026, bringing increased surveillance, policing, and more. Concerned about the impacts in the CID and across the city, CID Coalition has been organizing with other organizations to create POP206 to fight these threats.

  • Coast 2 Coast Chinatowns Against Displacement

The CID Coalition is part of Coast 2 Coast Chinatowns Against Displacement, a network of community organizers in Chinatowns across the U.S. and Canada working together in solidarity to fight the gentrification and displacement of our communities.

  • Save Bush Garden

Bush Garden is home to over 100 years of Asian American, migrant, and labor history. Developer Vibrant Cities wants to tear it down and turn it into luxury apartments — but we’re fighting back.
